At Manitobah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download your return packing slip to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original packaging and securely seal the box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement.
